A prestigious new entry for Mine & Yours Group, an Italian company in the international luxury hospitality sector.
Vito Mollica has in fact been appointed Director of Culinary. Mollica has a very high profile career. In fact, he has been matured in over 30 years of collaboration with starred restaurants.
Award-winning creations
Among the most iconic creations signed by the Executive Chef of Lucanian origins there are undoubtedly the “Cavatelli with cheese and pepper with marinated red prawns and baby squid“, awarded as dish of the year by the Espresso Guide of Italian restaurants in 2013.
Under the new role, he will have the task of supervising and supporting the Food & Beverage Management activities for all the locations managed by Mine & Yours Group globally. Furthermore, as Executive Chef he will be responsible for the development and management of the gastronomic concepts related to Italian cuisine belonging to the Group.
He will then work closely with the company management and the communication team.
The new challenge of Dubai
One of the first activities that will see him engaged in this new professional adventure will be the opening of the Chic Nonna restaurant in the heart of Dubai’s international financial district. This is a new concept restaurant created by Mine & Yours Group that focuses on traditional Italian haute cuisine, which is scheduled to open in September.
It will be a restaurant and lounge on 2 floors, with panoramic views of downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. Thanks to the open kitchen and a dedicated Chef Table, an experience without filters will be offered in which all the senses are involved.
