Changing Diet, the new book by Professor Nicola Sorrentino

At the end of January, bookshops will be selling the latest editorial endeavor of Professor Nicola Sorrentino, specialist in nutritional science and dietetics, specialist in Hydrology, Climatology and Thalassotherapy and lecturer in Nutritional Hygiene and Crenotherapy at the School of Specialization in Medical Hydrology at the University of Pavia. It will be called “Changing Diet” and aims to permanently change the relationship each of us has with food. The new Sorrentino Diet takes into consideration the organism’s acid/base balance, the glycemic index of foodstuffs, and the reduced intake of proteins of animal origin. Because together with consistent and regular physical exercise, food is our most precious ally in preventing and fighting obesity, as well as tumors, diabetes and heart attacks. Seven patients of Professor Sorrentino recount how his assistance was central to solving their problems of being overweight, eating the wrong diets, and having too much of a sweet tooth, informing them about fat-burning supplements, health and disease, the effects of the menopause and the consequences of pregnancy.
