The two faces are deliberately very different to enhance the double use. The colored one must be used to dry just after the bath, shower or treatment, while the one in natural cotton in whose weft is contained the silver yarn, must be used to caress the skin and transmit all the healing, antibacterial and sanctifying of the precious metal.
