A new Hilton opens in Istanbul: the biggest in the country

Newly open to guests is The Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center, the largest hotel in the Turkish megalopolis. A spectacular skyscraper with 34 floors, it stands in the Sisli district, 21 kilometres from the international airport in Ataturk, three kilometres from Taksim Square and eight kilometres from the Old Town. 829 rooms and suites, more than 12,000 square metres of areas for meetings and events – it is the biggest convention centre in Turkey – and the 3,300-square-meter Spa, Eforea, with 14 treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor pools and a gym covering 500 square metres. Don’t miss the gourmet cuisine. Bask in the cosmopolitan air at Cloud 34, the rooftop bar with stunning views over the Bosphorus, and The Globe, open 24 hours a day and serving Turkish-inspired specialities, Western Grill, sushi and Thai fare.
