At Aleph Rome Hotel, luxury hotel into the historical heart of Rome, Christmas festivities are coming. This is the perfect period to fill body and mind with wellness, in all forms.

Many activities in program from 10^th December 2018 till 6^th January 2019, the Chef Oriana Tirabassi will interpret the Gourmet Christmas in a culinary journey that involves every single corner of the hotel in a perfect mix between tradition and innovation, roman mood and internationality. The Christmas experience starts on the rooftops of the Eternal City, at the Sky Blu terrace where you will be able to enjoy the Christmas market offering typical cakes, cookies and handmade mulled wine, alongside especially prepared gourmet treats. At the same time, throughout all December, at the Sky Blu Restaurant, it will be possible to chose – besides the winter menu – a special menu of three courses with typical Christmas cuisine. Moreover, on december’s Christmas the restaurant is going to liven up with a special brunch, waiting for Christmas.

The afternoon Tea ritual, instead, takes place at Onyx bar, with a detailed selection of herbal teas and hot drinks followed by a gourmet proposal of sweet and savoury festive treats.

For the lovers of the cocktail mixology the Signature Cocktail of Aleph Rome Hotel is supported by finger food with seasonal and characteristics raw materials.

The key festive celebrations start on 24^th December, with the traditional Christmas dinner, a 5-courses menu that merges Italian tradition with the influences coming from the Asiatic world, distinctive of Oriana Tirabassi’s cuisine. Still continuing on Christmas day with a Brunch dedicated to families, with animation for kids and live music and then in the evening, a delicious gourmet dinner, for a seamless astonishment of taste in a revisiting of the traditional Christmas menu.

Surprising is the New Year’s Eve: Aleph Rome Hotel will greet 2018 with a proper Casino Royale theme party, in an experience worthy of the best James Bond, with animation, live music and live cooking stations handed out in all the Hotel’s areas. For a night it will become a fabuolous set of Hollywood. And then, after the long night of celebrations, you can start the new year with a brunch o taste with the family.

To celebrate with beauty Le Caveau SPA of Aleph Rome Hotel suggests, for all the period of December the “Serenity massage” with warm stones, or the relaxing massage with the white crystals mask combined with herbal teas tasting for “Body and Mind” with typical Christmas treats.
