Rocco Forte Hotels transforms the theme of environmental responsibility into an occasion for exciting romance. How? With weekly candlelit evenings in the restaurants and bars of its properties in Edinburgh, London, Munich, Berlin, Florence and Rome.
In fact, on Monday or Thursday evenings in January and February, and on Valentine’s Day evening, hotels will turn off the lights inside the F&B outlets to send a strong signal on the conscious use of energy. And to give guests the opportunity to enjoy memorable evenings with the soft glow of quality lights.
In fact, the hotels have collaborated with local brands of exclusive candles, capable of further enhancing the charm of the locations.
For example, the evenings at the Irene restaurant in Florence are illuminated with the products of the renowned ancient Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella. On the other hand, at Brown’s Hotel in London, candle maker Rachel Vosper‘s hand-cast creations based on the best ingredients of natural origin decorate the Charlie’s restaurant in a suggestive way.
