At the Monte-Carlo Beach until 4 September, in the heart of a magnificent pinewood with only the sea on the horizon, the Dom Pérignon Lounge will be the symbol of elegance and refinement that has always characterised the French Riviera.
Richard Geoffroy, Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, has chosen the splendid setting of the Monte-Carlo Beach to introduce guests to the 1998 P2 Cuvée. This vintage, in fact, will reveal its second plénitude in the lounge of La Vigie restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Beach, where Executive Chef Paolo Sari, the sole holder of a 100% organic star in the Michelin Guide, will be serving a selection of dishes that are able to exalt the mineral edge and the hot and salty timbre of this rare cuvée, characterized by more than 16 years of ageing.
