Kulm Hotel St Moritz welcomes Chef Mauro Colagreco, 3 Michelin stars,
from mid-December 2020 to March 2021
Change at the top of the brigade at The K restaurant of the legendary Kulm Hotel St. Moritz: Mauro Colagreco arrives, number one in the ranking of the 100 Best Chefs in The World.
The K by Mauro Colagreco will debut on December 15th and will be open until March 2021.
The chef of Abruzzo origins temporarily leaves the Mirazur restaurant in Menton to take his famous taste to over 1800 meters above sea level.
The menu tells all his influences: from Italian origins to childhood in Argentina, up to the Parisian training at the court of a master like Alain Ducasse.
Simplicity, freshness and balance of colors are among the pillars of Chef Colagreco’s cuisine.
For the first time, it will also use alpine ingredients. Guests of Kulm Hotel St Moritz and The K by Mauro Colagreco will be able to truly experience a unique gastronomic experience.
On the menu there will be some of the chef’s iconic dishes: the Lemon of Menton, for example, or Green, based on peas from the garden, fennel and kiwi, and Luxus beta vulgaris, a signature dish that combines simple ingredients such as salted beetroot encrusted with salt, finally the maximum refinement: the Oscietre Caviar Cream.

ABOUT THE K BY MAURO COLAGRECO
At the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz, Mauro Colagreco is personally present on selected dates; in his absence, the young talent Paloma Boitier, Chef de Cuisine, is in charge of the kitchen.
The gourmet restaurant with 30 seats is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm and for lunch from 12pm to 2pm.
