Until October 30th there is one more reason to choose NH Collection Milano President. In fact, the 5-star opens its doors to the new appointment of Do You Love Street Art?, A project launched in collaboration with Street Art in Store to bring urban art to the most fashionable living rooms in Milan.
The Game Research exhibition. Collecting amusement bears the signature of the Ligurian artist Alessandro Piano, for the first time ever in Milan.
He has the flavor of childhood and play reinterpreted in the iconic forms of the Alter Ego, works of art on canvas, aluminum and epoxy resin.
The new appointment with Do You Love Street Art? confirms once again the strong dedication of NH Hotel Group in supporting art and creativity.
«I have been in love with the famous Lego men and bricks since I was little and today I realize how immortal they are. Their beauty is also the fact that they manage to make the other toys of the 1970s immortal. This is the intention of my work. This is the stimulus that led me to create my “Alter Egos”, stimulating their collecting at European level. I wish I could take everyone back in time to see our old games in a different, almost immortal way. From this starting point I also carried out new experiments with inclusions in resin sculptures », comments Alessandro Piano.
The exhibition is an emotional and artistic journey. It is thus possible to discover the iconic men of the Lego bricks that the artist transforms into splendid design creations in epoxy resin, coloring and exploring them. And by extracting the playful concept to make room for an artistic discovery that fascinates the world of art.
The “Alter Ego” sculptures by Alessandro Piano and the prints made with the support of the photographer Francesca Gazzolo are collectible works of art. The works on display are all for sale.
