Equipped with a panoramic terrace it is the perfect place to fully enjoy the surrounding nature: breakfast in the morning, a lunch and no doubt a romantic dinner. It is precisely in the evening that the lake gives its magic: from sunset time until, little by little, as the sun falls, the waters surround themselves with lights that like a shining necklace frame it and make its suggestion stand out. Refined dishes are those proposed in the Charter of Restorative Relais, which recall local specialties, such as risotto al Franciacorta enriched with red prawns, recipes based on lake and sea fish, Rossini fillets, homemade pasta, salted sardines of Montisola and other delights of Mediterranean cuisine.
To make the dishes even more exquisite and authentic, it is the Collina Mirabella extra virgin olive oil, a precious oil grown in this territory since Roman times, with low acidity and rich in polyphenols, good and light. A visit to the oil mill, where this oil is processed that has obtained the PDO designation Laghi Lombardi winning for three consecutive seasons the first interregional prize in the category, is one of the activities organized by the Relais proud to let you taste this delicacy and to lead guests to the places where the flavors of Franciacorta are born.
