“Active & Balance Yin Yang”, the Lefay SPA Therapeutic Energy Path at the Lefay Resort Dolomiti
Following the success of the “Active & Balance” program created last year, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti offers a new three-night version that works on the two energy poles Yin and Yang, realigning the entire organism in a parallel way between these two dimensions , through the use of the opposing energies of nature and the Lefay SPA Therapeutic Energy Path with the related dedicated treatments.
Yin and Yang is the name of the new proposal based on the philosophy of Classical Chinese Medicine, which for centuries has used the power of the surrounding nature for the well-being of the Person thanks to the rebalancing of their energy flow.
We work on the two energy poles: the excursions and treatments provided alternate Yin energy, linked to cold, meditation and darkness. And then to the Yang one, which represents expansion, light and heat.
