As summer approaches, the Mediterranean cuisine of the PanEVO restaurant moves to its homonymous open-air terrace, which dominates the scene of Piazza della Repubblica. A flowery arch of jasmine is the frame to this quiet private oasis, a promise of natural relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
A private access through a dedicated external elevator guides external visitors to the patio of Terrazza PanEVO, with no need to walk through the interior spaces of the hotel to reach their dinner spot.
Throughout the warmer months Terrazza PanEVO becomes the ideal location for elegant al fresco dinners and private or corporate events. The culinary selection of Chef Augusto Tombolato will be adapted to light and genuine formulas, paying homage to seasonal fresh ingredients.
