The event, in its first edition, will take place on 23 September at the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan. Designed by Teamwork in collaboration with HotelmyPassion, it is aimed at hotel owners, directors and staff members, tour operators, destination managers, students and journalists.

During the day, a rich panel of experts will address issues related to the world of luxury in hospitality. Because professional updating is the winning weapon to overcome the new challenges of luxury. 30 keynote speakers and 7 hours of in-training await the participants.

The trends of luxury
The luxury segment, in fact, is in good health. Despite Covid-19, 70% of investors will continue to invest in this market. The luxury hotel sector was the main driver of M&A activities in 2019, with a total of 115 transactions globally.

In 2019, 3.3 billion euros were invested in hotel assets in Italy. A strong preference for luxury assets, capable of satisfying the most demanding demand, which convey 42% of the total, for a value of 1.25 billion euros. Like everything that is hospitality, luxury is also constantly evolving. Never as in recent years, however, the concept of luxury has changed in the desires and choices of tourists. How has it changed, then, and how is the concept of luxury in hospitality changing? What will be the new trends and how can luxury react to the crisis? The answers will come to the Luxury Hospitality Conference.
