Italy is at the center of Numa’s expansion strategy, leader in the short-term rental sector. The Group, in fact, looks for hotels and tourist apartments in central and nerve centers of the main cities of the Bel Paese. Numa offers real estate partners, hoteliers and property owners a sustainable business model

Numa, a technology provider in Germany in the short-term rental sector, announces the launch of its model on the Italian market. The German company was launched in Spain in April 2021 and specializes in hotel and commercial properties in central areas of major cities.

The Group includes iconic properties in Florence with Numa Rodo, a hotel opposite the Florence Cathedral, and Numa Vita, an elegant renovated villa. In Milan, it will launch the new Numa Loreto. An office in Piazza Venezia will open in Rome by the end of 2021.

Further projects in various Italian destinations are at an advanced stage of negotiations. The Group offers real estate partners, hoteliers and property owners the security of having a professional operator with strong international success and a sustainable business model, backed by reliable investors.

Leveraging its innovative technology solutions, it offers a high-profile guest experience and reduces operating costs by up to 60%.

Numa: Italy goal

In Italy, Numa is led by Gabriele Coen, Director of Real Estate Expansion. Coen previously held the position of head of the Italian market for 4 years as General Manager of Sonder, an American short-term rental company.

“For Numa, Italy is one of the most important European markets of the future, and we believe that our successful model is perfectly suited to the specificities of the Italian market Numa’s hybrid model, which allows you to switch from a short-term stay to a medium-term stay, results in an interesting low-risk reality. It has already aroused strong interest from property owners, real estate developers and investors.

The requests to Italian hoteliers are growing dramatically, especially in times of coronavirus. Here, the optimization of internal operating processes can be decisive for the business. Process digitization must become a must. Guests will be increasingly demanding and will choose a lasting experience and a high quality product “.
