The assignments will be effective from October 2022. So since Giovanna Manzi will leave the leadership of the group for a new professional path.
Former Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer of the Group, Sara Digiesi has assumed the leadership of various functions since joining the company, as Head of Marketing. That is, from marketing to sales to distribution, from innovation to strategy, always developing the themes of sustainability.
Over time, her growth has also been consolidated in international committees and contexts. In fact, today you represent the entire BWH Hotel Group globally in the GBTA Sustainability Leadership Council, as the only Italian representative, and in the Planet Committee of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance.
Gianmarco Ricci, former CFO of the Group, expands his responsibilities with the leadership of Operations. Reference of the Board of Directors for the governance of the Cooperative and its financial structure, Gianmarco Ricci will continue to be a key figure for the development of the group.
Right arm of Giovanna Manzi, in office since 2004, he was the protagonist of the evolution of BWH ensuring stability of the financial dynamics and governance.
