Large luxury chains are increasingly interested in expanding and growing in Italy. Here are the 3 top addresses that will soon have brands emblazoned in their sign.

1 Hotel Bauer Palazzo in Venice
Since 1880 it has represented authentic Venetian hospitality and elegance. Now more than ever it is the place to be not to be missed. In fact, those who will stay at the Bauer Palazzo in the coming months will have the opportunity to sign the hotel memorabilia book.
From November 1st, the iconic Venetian address will close for about two and a half years. SIGNA, which from 2020 owns and manages the hotel, will launch an important total restyling project. It is signed by the well-known architect Alberto Torsello and by the designers of BAR Studio.

The works will be carried out in full compliance with the historicity of the structure. Some details have already been revealed: the facades and the internal staircase will be restored to better enhance the grandeur, the rooms will be 111, including 60 suites.

The catering proposals will remain as the flagship of the hotel. Then a bistro, a wine bar with kitchen and a ground floor bar with a terrace. In addition, a fine dining restaurant and a cocktail bar on the seventh floor where the characteristic Altana will not be missing.

Big news will be an outdoor swimming pool with bar on the eighth floor and a garden for events overlooking the city on the ninth. But also the opening of a spa with an exclusive gym for guests and a luxury retail area in Campo San Moisé.

In 2025 there will also be a new management that will be headed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and will mark the opening of the exclusive Rosewood Hotel Bauer Venice.
