With ‘Il Rinascimento del Gusto’ the Hilton hotels
have selected the best Italian producers
to enhance the art of hospitality and good food.
In the most evocative destinations of Italy.

Like all summers, the desire for a holiday is so great as is the desire to let go of the sweet doing nothing.  That of 2021 is a summer of ‘made in Italy’ and the hospitality of Hilton hotels wants to welcome its guests, celebrating them with “The Renaissance of Taste”. A project that expresses through the art of hospitality and good food a rebirth of Italian creativity and taste, to be lived enjoying excellent products in iconic places and with perfect service.
And this is how some of the most evocative destinations in Italy such as Sorrento, Rome, Venice and Milan are the scene of this positive spirit, to the rediscovery of moments of pause, dedicated to the contemplation of beauty and the tasting of the good, with a careful selection of products able to make a simple “snack” a real work of art. Unique moments, in the cool of a garden or on a panoramic terrace, to share with family or friends after the incursions into the wonders of the iconic Italian cities, for a break in a day of business meetings or between one stopover and another of your travel itinerary.

And to do so, Hilton has selected the best producers: Rosolio di Bergamotto Italicus, Grom ice cream and the wines of the Lunelli Group.

At the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice, for example, the Skyline Rooftop Bar has created some wise combinations for a unique aperitif: such as the smoked and marinated fish slats created by chef Luca Nania in combination with the Giorgione’s Passion cocktail, based on white Rum, passion fruit and a shot of sparkling Ferrari Trento, designed by Gabriele Cusiman. An elegant taste experience with a wonderful unique glance on the most iconic city-museum in the world.

At the Pagoda Bar of the Hilton Sorrento Palace, by the scenic swimming pool overlooking the gulf and the scents of citrus grove, the Grom ice cream cart, made with ingredients of natural origin and without dyes and aromas, is ideal for experiencing a moment of pure wonder to nourish your senses and immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape.

At the Hilton Milan, a sophisticated hotel ideal for discovering the city of fashion, the Concept45, a welcoming and elegant restaurant that offers a journey through the typical flavors of the typical cuisine of Northern Italy, has prepared a menu in which the fashionable aperitif sees, among other things, the Pinot Noir D.O.C. Maso Montalto delle Tenute Lunelli combined with the Chevice di Mackerel and Shrimp or the Blinis with salmon marinated with vodka,  milk cream and lime caviar.

At the Aleph Rome Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, an elegant property in the heart of Rome, the Sky Blu Rooftop Bites and Bar experience sees an aperitif with Rosolio Italicus – the aperitif of the Kings – in true Italian style, with a modern Spritz with the taste of bergamot, accompanied by the famous Bites created by chef Carmine Buonanno for a quick but tasty snack.

Also in Rome, at the Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, a magnificent resort a few minutes from the center of Rome, Italian art meets the beauty of nature: on the terrace of the Tiepolo Bar, a short walk from the famous Tiepolo triptych that welcomes the guest with the elegance of a rare masterpiece, you can relax immersed in the Mediterranean park sipping an excellent glass of Prosecco Superiore Bisol 1542,  and tasting the delicious appetizers rich with colorful summer flavors.

A renaissance so desired, to live in carefree joy an Italian relaxation between taste, sight and Mediterranean vibrations.
