- The Florio Restaurant, the Terrazza Bar Igiea and Alicetta Pool Bar are led by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini and his team who bring to the table the excellence of Sicilian cuisine enhancing the wealth of native products of the region. - The Florio Restaurant welcomes guests in an elegant and light, refined and fun atmosphere typical of a Grand Hotel by the sea. Local and seasonal products harvested directly from the orchard of Villa Igiea and the vegetable garden of the Verdura Resort, together with fresh fish and shellfish, pasta, fried and arancini are inevitable ingredients of a distinctly natural cuisine.
- The Terrazza Bar Igiea – suspended between the botanical garden and the Mediterranean – the interior room is embellished with vaulted stone ceilings and wonderful frescoes by the Palermo artist Eugenio (Geno) Morici. The intriguing food and wine proposal is designed to satisfy the most sophisticated tastes at all hours. Open from lunchtime onwards, the bar will serve a proposal of appetizing snacks, serving dishes and the “Leggero by Fulvio Pierangelini” menu full of healthy and tasty proposals.
