The Suite: Katara Royal Suite
Dedicated to: for those who love luxury at its finest even when traveling.
The prestigious Katara Royal Suite, on the seventh and last floor of the Belle Epoque building, was designed by Studio Marco Piva: it is among the largest presidential suites in Italy, with its 1000 square meters. The Katara Royal Suite offers its guests the luxury and sophistication of two terraces, four bedrooms, a private spa and a unique panorama of the monumental Central Station.
Luxury, technology and comfort blend elegantly into the Katara Royal Suite between reflective walls, Murano chandeliers, artwork and bespoke furnishings. Nestled in the light colors of whites, beiges, gold and, in contrast to touches of black, in a composition also taken from the polychrome marbles of the floors, the presidential suite gives its guests a magical atmosphere and absolute relaxation within a Milan with a metropolitan character. The two large chandeliers of the living area and the master bedroom are made exclusively by La Murrina by Marco Piva and create striking reflections and plays of light. The entire fit out of the spaces was created by B&B Italia and includes among others the lamps Oluce in the gold finish designed by Magistretti and the Saber desk of Azucena designed by Luigi Caccia Dominioni. Also embellishing the living area are Fendi sofas, Phoebus armchairs by Maxalto, floor lamps of Altreforme and De Majo.
The Katara Royal Suite received the 2016 World Travel Awards as the World’s Leading Hotel Suite.
