Ville sull’Arno, the latest jewel in the crown of Planetaria Hotels in the chief city of Tuscany, has finally opened its doors to patrons. There are 45 rooms in all and its name is in the plural (‘ville’ is Italian for ‘villas’), because hospitality here does not have just one facet, but several expressions of style, dreams and bien-être.
La Villa, the main edifice of the structure, is the romantic face of the del five-star deluxe, that of the perfect aristocratic dwelling of bygone days inspired by the suggestions of Goethe’s travels in Italy. Il Loggiato, on the other hand, houses the creative spirit of Ville sull’Arno. The rooms echo the inspirations of an artist committed to completing his masterpiece: colour workshops, half-finished canvases, painter’s equipment, easels for painting Florentine landscapes… Lastly, the cherry on the cake is Il Villino Spa, entirely dedicated to relaxation and wellness.
